Strike

This is a collection of some pieces I made inspired by an angry feeling. The position the figure is in resembles the motion of a strike. As the image carry through sequence, I add more and more detail to the visuals surrounding the strike.

I got inspiration to follow impact frames. In animation, some animators use this effect to add a high level of contrast or effects the moment something connects. I attempt to show rising danger and travel through the different mental stages of rage one may experience as they strike someone. Not specifically the stages of rage but more the different mental processes a person could have in the face of hostility.
